It is located 300 m from the beach and about 50 m from the centre of S. Sebastião where you can find supermarket, pastry shop, restaurant, barbecue place among various other shops. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
