In the living room, there is also a pleasant balcony with a view of the sea and the condominium's garden and pool, and in the kitchen, a small balcony. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is located in a condominium with a pool (open from 1/5 to 31/10) and garage. It also has internet (wifi) and an iron. It is located 400 m from the beach and 450 m from the supermarket. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of these consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
