It has a living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area, three bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with shower, one bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster and electric kettle and a balcony with outdoor furniture. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, electric radiator heating and air conditioning.

Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
