It has a living room with sofa, TV and fireplace, dining area, one bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds, a living area on the upper floor with sofa (which is a double sofa bed), a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. On the upper floor, there is a balcony that surrounds the house, with a magnificent sea view and which is equipped with outdoor furniture. On the ground floor exterior, there is a garden and a spacious terrace with barbecue and dining area. This house is located in a quiet residential area, just a few metres from Ribeira D'Ilhas Beach (10 minutes walk) and 4km from the centre of Ericeira. The house has an interior video surveillance system which, however, is always deactivated.

Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
