Description of the accommodation

Modern and luxurious housing, located in Ericeira with 225 m2, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people.
On the ground floor, it has a living room with sofas, TV and fireplace; a dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric jug; a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, it has two suites with a double bed and their respective bathrooms with shower and a suite with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, it has a terrace on the upper floor of the house, and on the lower floor it has a garden, heated swimming pool, barbecue and dining area.
It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, washing machine, closed garage and an area in the garage with sofa, some physical exercise machines and desk.
It is located 1.5km from Baleia and Sul beaches and 1.5km from the centre of Ericeira.

The house has a video surveillance system which, however, is switched off when occupied by guests. For this reason, no camera will be in operation.

Note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax value is not included in the amount charged for accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
