It has a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, two suites with double bed, one suite with a double bed and a single bed, one suite with 2 single beds, two bathrooms with bathtub, two bathrooms with shower, one guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
Externally it has a terrace on the upper floor of the house, and on the lower floor a garden, heated swimming pool, barbecue and dining area.
It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, washing machine, closed garage and an area in the garage with sofa, some exercise equipment and a desk.
It is located 1.5km from Baleia and Sul beaches and 1.5km from the centre of Ericeira.

The house has a video surveillance system that is however turned off when occupied by guests. For this reason, no camera will be in operation.

We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax amount is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
