Fantastic 250m2 property, with a unique location right in front of S. Lourenço beach, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people.
Inside the property, there is a living room with TV, sofas, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is American-style and fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and juicer.
The house has four bedrooms: two master suites with double beds, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a triple bunk bed and a single sofa bed.
There are four bathrooms: one guest bathroom, one bathroom with shower and bathtub and two bathrooms with shower.
It also has internet (wifi), an iron and a hair dryer.
Outdoors, there is a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a garden, a covered pool and a sauna.

There are 3 more small houses on the property, but they do not have access to the exclusive space of the main house, only the common area of the parking lot and the access to the gate that leads directly to the beach entrance.

The house has an indoor video surveillance system, which is turned off when occupied by guests. For this reason, no cameras will be operational inside. There are surveillance cameras in the outdoor parking area and on the lawn near the gate.

We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax amount is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually changed by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the presented values may occur.
