The exterior of the house is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There, you will find a garden with fruit trees and a private chlorine swimming pool of 10 x 4 m and a depth varying between 1 m and 2 m, around which you can relax on the sun loungers. In addition, there are two terraces and a porch with barbecue and sea views and tables where you can enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions. The property is enclosed and the privacy is total.

The interior of the two-storey house has been designed to give you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room with a fireplace and Smart TV, ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is independent, runs on gas and has everything you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with fans. Two of them have 2 single beds each, while the other one has a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with shower serve this floor. A staircase leads to the lower floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, both with fans. One has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

The location of this accommodation is unbeatable, as it is in a quiet, family-friendly area with all the facilities for you to enjoy an independent stay. A short distance away there is a sports area with free access, where you will find a football pitch, several tennis courts, basketball courts and a beach volleyball or badminton court. Cala Es Canutells, with its magical crystalline waters in which to explore the seabed, is only 150 m from the house. In addition, this area also has a jetty and a beach of fine white sand. On the other hand, this small urbanization has access to the Camí de Cavalls, a path with more than 20 different and independent stages, perfect to explore both the coast and the interior of Menorca. If you feel like it, you can visit Mahón, the island's capital, as it is only a few kilometres away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden. 
- There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
