S´Estància d'en Carretero is located on an old rural road that linked Mahón with Sant Lluís, nowadays a picturesque example of authentic Menorcan roads, with its dry walls, passing between green fields and country houses. Due to its privileged location between Mahón, Sant Lluís and Es Castell it is the ideal option for those people who want to be close to the main towns and best beaches of the eastern part of Menorca. Being located on a rural road, the house has a very quiet environment and permits you to be in direct contact with nature, to rest and to enjoy every moment to the fullest.
The house has a bedroom, living-dining room- kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. It is an ideal place for couples looking for a relaxing stay in the countryside, yet close to the towns and beaches. Outside there is a covered terrace, where people spend most of the time, a barbecue and garden. No noise or inconvenience, pure nature. There are some stables with horses being prepared for training units. Authentic country life, for true nature lovers.
Both Sant Lluís and Es Castell have all kinds of services and distance only between 2 and 3 miles from the house. The beautiful beaches of Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar or Binisafua are about 7 minutes by car. If you like to practice hiking or cycling, nearby the house you will find different rural roads to enjoy the typical landscape of the island.
