Welcome to this beautiful semi-detached house situated in Cala en Porter. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In it you will find a chlorine swimming pool of 8mx4m and a depth between 0.9m and 1.9m, which is shared with another property. Next to it, there is an area with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. The terrace also has a barbecue and a porch with a table where you can enjoy unforgettable meals with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is partial.

The interior of the single-storey house has everything you need for a well-deserved rest. The living-dining room is ideal for long evenings and is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with all the facilities you need to cook great meals. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it's time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms with fan: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub completes the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

This house is located in Cala en Porter, an idyllic area of Menorca that has all the facilities for you to enjoy an independent stay and is surrounded by viewpoints, coves with crystal clear waters and places of interest such as the Necropolis of Cales Coves or the Talayotic settlement of Torralba de'n Salort. It is also very close to the town of Alaior and Mahón, the capital of Menorca and the most cosmopolitan city on the island. We encourage you to visit its historic centre while you discover a lot of magical places and unique buildings. If you feel like it, you can go to the Plaza de la Conquesta and enjoy its marvellous views of the port while you have a drink in one of its many bars. If you go to the port, we recommend you visit the castle of San Felipe and the medieval fortification of La Mola. Mahon is also the perfect place to visit restaurants and enjoy the typical Minorcan gastronomy.
