This spectacular villa on Camino del Sexmo stands out for its exceptional location and a setting surrounded by farmland, perfect for groups of up to 12 people. Enjoy a heated swimming pool with salt chlorination, ideal for refreshing yourself throughout the year (from 01/10 to 30/04 with supplement), and an independent barbecue area under a natural wood pergola for unforgettable family moments, while watching the little ones.

Although you will enjoy total privacy, please note that the owner lives nearby and will be able to assist you quickly if any need arises during your stay.

Access is comfortable and direct by road, with space to park up to 6 standard vehicles without problem. The main entrance has a charming wooden porch with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet tea.

From the entrance hall, on the left you will find a luxurious living and dining room with a fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) and kitchenware for everyone. The kitchen provides access to an interior patio and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Distribution and amenities

To the right of the entrance hall is the main bedroom with a double bed and its own television. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with a shower.

On the first floor, four bedrooms are located: three with a double bed and balcony, and one with two single beds. Here you will also find a luxury bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, shower tray, and towel dryer. Additionally, this floor has a wonderful terrace with a large table, perfect for outdoor breakfasts.

The second floor offers a spacious common area with a sofa bed, expanding the capacity to 12 places. From here you can access two large terraces with fantastic views, ideal for relaxing or sharing special moments.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and fibre optic internet connection. In addition, it has intercoms on all floors to facilitate communication within the house. Heating is provided by heat pumps and stove, with the option of using central heating by radiators with a supplement.
