Welcome to La Brisa, a charming accommodation where comfort, outdoor living and relaxation come together. This property is ideal for a carefree holiday on the Costa del Sol, with space, privacy and a beautiful view over the resort and the sea.

The sauna is open!, it can be used (outside the summer Juli/August) from 10:00-12:00 and from 18:00-22:00.
Outside of these hours, it is not working. The control panel is pretty straightforward, but make sure you put it off when you leave and close the door again to keep the warmth inside.

It will automatically shut down after a given period.

Please keep in mind the following:
- Adults only, kids only accompanied by a partent
- Don't throw water on the stove, this model is not suitable for that
- Adhere to normal public sauna rules, like take a shower, use a towel, no nudity etc.

The Hamam is open!, it can be used (outside the summer Juli/August) from 10:00-12:00 and from 18:00-22:00.
Outside of these hours, it is not working. To put it on, just press the green button, it will work then for 20 minutes and stop after.

The Space
La Brisa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is practically and atmospherically furnished and suitable for both families and couples travelling together.

The cosy living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, a television and WiFi, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day at the sea or in the surrounding area. The fully equipped kitchen and the present air conditioning and heating provide extra comfort during any season.

Outdoor Living & View
The garden with terrace forms the heart of the home. Here you fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The outdoor kitchen and barbecue make it easy to spend long evenings outside with shared meals and relaxing moments. A perfect spot for a quiet breakfast, a cup of coffee in the morning sun or a relaxed evening under the stars.

Working Remotely
Unique to La Brisa are the extra facilities such as two external workspaces, fully equipped with monitor, webcam and HDMI cables. Ideal for guests who want to combine work and holiday. In addition, there is a shared coworking space available for those seeking variety.

During their stay, guests can use the gym and both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. After an active day, these facilities offer the perfect way to relax.

Just 3 km away is the beach, ideal for a peaceful walk along the coast and breathing in the fresh sea air. The location between Estepona and Marbella makes it easy to visit cosy restaurants, charming streets and harbours.
For sports enthusiasts, there are multiple golf courses in the area. Additionally, the Unicorn Racket Club is just a 3-minute drive away, perfect for a game of padel.
