Very bright and airy, this south-facing apartment is comfortably furnished and available for short term rentals. Located on the first floor and within the peaceful development of Puerto Alto, which is just steps from Estepona port. The community is well maintained and offers 2 outdoor pools (opening hours can vary depending on the season), sunbathing areas and Mediterranean style gardens.



Quiet and spacious, the apartment has an open plan living and dining room with a sofa and dining table. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee maker. The two bedrooms are well-sized, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, and a lovely terrace with a big outdoor dining table and two sun-beds. Extras include air-conditioning, linen and towels and wifi.

Puerto Alto is situated in one of the best parts of Estepona in an area surrounded by all the advantages of the town centre, close to sightseeing, the port, promenade, restaurants, shops, clean beaches all without the need of a car. The historic quarter with its colourful hanging baskets and Spanish style squares with fountains is a short walk along the boulevard.

With easy access to both the A-7 coastal road and the AP-7 motorway, the seaside resort of Estepona offers an unmatched range of outdoor activities; paddle, horseback riding, tennis, cycling, golf, water-sports and karting. Puerto Banus, with its lively nightlife, is less than 20 minutes by car, and Puerto de la Duquesa is approximately 15 minutes away.
