Villa Baradaye by Atlantic Holiday welcomes you to a calm setting in Estreito da Calheta, where open ocean views and thoughtful details create a comfortable base for your stay in Madeira. Designed for up to eight guests, the villa offers four bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, complemented by a fifth bathroom with a bathtub.

The bright living areas connect naturally to the outdoors, where you will find a pool, a portable barbecue and spaces that encourage slow moments by the water. The surrounding area offers a quiet atmosphere, allowing you to unwind while remaining close to the coastline.

The kitchen is equipped with essentials such as fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and utensils for everyday cooking. A games room with a foosball table and a small table tennis table adds extra entertainment during your stay.

Private parking for two cars is available, along with a washing machine, hairdryer, smart TV with box, baby cot and baby chair. We provide all bed linen and bath towels. Smoking inside the house is not allowed.

Heated Pool:
Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.
During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, a few days before check-in.
