Lanzarote Vacation Homes (lvh) presents Bungalow Atlántico Famara 124, a cosy and elegant accommodation with charming ocean views, located in the quiet and exclusive Famara development, just a 2-minute walk from the spectacular Famara Beach.

Located in one of the most spectacular natural enclaves of the island, this accommodation is ideal for those seeking to enjoy the sea, nature, and the relaxed atmosphere of Famara, known for its extensive beach, volcanic landscapes, and renowned surfing environment.

The property features a bright living room with a sitting and dining area, with large windows that allow the entry of abundant natural light and direct access to the outdoor terrace with ocean views, a perfect space to relax after a day at the beach or surfing.

The independent kitchen, fully equipped, has an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy a comfortable and practical stay.

The bungalow has two carefully decorated bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom is distributed across two independent rooms, offering greater comfort during the stay. One area has a shower and washbasin, while the other has a WC, a second washbasin and washing machine, facilitating simultaneous use.

Outside, guests can enjoy a pleasant terrace with sea views, equipped with a relaxation area, barbecue and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the climate of Lanzarote or contemplating the spectacular sunsets of Famara.
