The 240 m² house is spread over 2 floors and includes the following features: On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, fan, oil heating, and a wardrobe. On the first floor, you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms: 3 with 2 single beds each, and 1 with a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with fans, oil heating, and wardrobes. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.
The house offers 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are located on the ground floor with showers, and 2 on the first floor, one of which is en suite and has a bathtub.
The living-dining room is fully furnished with satellite TV and a fireplace. The living room opens into the dining area, which is equipped with a table, 2 benches, chairs, and air conditioning. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. The laundry area, located in one of the bathrooms, includes an iron, ironing board, and washing machine.
