Welcome to this beautiful finca with private pool in Felanitx, where 8 guests will find a peaceful home for your vacation.
The exteriors are beautiful: swim in the 8 x 4 meters pool, sunbathe, enjoy the landscape, have a meal with your friends under the furnished porch or the terrace or play with your kids in the 350 m2 lawn area. There is a BBQ area as well! For sure you will find your favourite place of the house outdoors!

The living-dining room is the perfect place to relax watching TV or organize a meal with your family and friends. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, toaster, juice maker, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, fridge and a lot more. There is a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

You can choose between six cozy and stylish bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with double bed and two twin bedrooms on the ground floor. All come with a fan and two have direct access to the garden. Two shower bathrooms complete the lower floor. The other bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a single bed and the last bedroom has a double bed, closet, shower bath en-suite and private sauna so you can relax! A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The house is located in a quiet and rural area of Mallorca, but with easy access to the coast. You can get to the town of Felanitx in 10 minutes’ drive. In Felanitx you will be able to find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, surgery and a lot more. The beach of Cala Marçal s only 9.9 km away and by car you can explore lots of nice beaches like Cala Mandia, Portocristo, Cales de Mallorca or Cala Mondragó. The area is also known for its excellent wines.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
