Outside the flat you will find a refreshing chlorine pool, which measures 10 x 4 metres and has a depth of 0.90 to 2 metres. Next to it you can sunbathe on the sun loungers or enjoy a delicious barbecue in the outdoor dining area. Please note that privacy is partial. As the owner lives upstairs.

The ground floor flat offers a simple and cosy style. The air-conditioned living/dining room with Smart TV with satellite channels is open to the kitchen with ceramic hob.
