This spacious house offers 500 m² of accommodation spread over three floors. On the middle floor, you'll find three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two of these rooms open onto the porch, offering stunning views. The fourth bedroom, located on the upper floor, features two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. A cot can be provided for younger guests. In addition to the four en-suite bathrooms, there is a separate guest toilet.
The comfortable sitting-dining room is located on the upper floor, creating the perfect setting for a lovely dinner, watching satellite TV, or enjoying good company. A staircase leads to a second living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, and you'll also have access to a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. This property is ideal for year-round stays, offering both central heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

The village center offers a small supermarket, pharmacy, and bank, with additional shopping options available in Sóller, just 15 minutes away by car.
The area is perfect for hiking and cycling enthusiasts, and a visit to the charming villages of the Tramuntana, such as Sóller, Valldemossa, Sa Calobra, Deià, or Banyalbufar, is highly recommended. There are also many secluded gravel beaches where you can enjoy a peaceful day by the sea, surrounded by mountains. If you prefer sandy beaches, Puerto de Sóller is a great option. Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, is just a 40-minute drive away, or you can take the scenic old train from Sóller to enjoy the breathtaking landscape along the way.
