Located in Fornells de la Selva, 3km from Girona, is this fantastic holiday home, ideal to go with children. From Barcelona the journey is fast, it takes 1 hour by comfortable motorway and very well connected to the Girona transport station.





The space

House in Fornells, renovated with very nice rustic furniture. 3 rooms 75 m². living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and electric heating. 1 bed with 1 double bed and electric heating. 1 bed with 1 bunk beds, electric heating. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heater. Terrace 15 m². Terrace furniture, sun loungers (4). Facilities: washing machine. Internet WIFI)

The area consists of 2 houses, the owner lives on the same land but the spaces are large and hardly shared.

Plot of land 7'500 m² (fenced), garden 3'000 m² with lawn, rectangular swimming pool (12 x 6 m, Available seasonally: [hidden] with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture





Parking is free inside the house.

Sheets and towels [hidden] lend free baby cot and high chair for families.Tourist tax of €1.10/person and night, not included.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Manuel. Hij was discreet aanwezig voor eventuele vragen of tips. Het vakantiehuis is uitgerust met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. De ventilatoren helpen om het huis koel te houden. Zo kan je genieten van een goede nachtrust bij warm zomerweer. Prachtige, goed onderhouden tuin met een ruim zwembad voorzien van parasol en ligbedden.Het huis ligt op ongeveer 5 km van Gerona, midden in de velden. Rust verzekerd. De kust ligt op ongeveer 30 min rijden. Ook een dagje Barcelona, een uurtje rijden is zeker haalbaar. Wij parkeerden net buiten Barcelona en namen de metro naar het centrum.Zeker een aanrader!

We had a fantastic time here relaxing after a busy few days in Barcelona. It was exceptionally clean and quiet, and Manuel couldn’t have done more for us to make us feel welcome. Gracias.
