When you step into the apartment you are greeted by an open kitchen and living room of high standard, the kitchen is directly to the right as you enter and is fully equipped with new fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and hob, coffee maker and much more. In the living room you have TV, WIFI dining for 4 and a lovely balcony with afternoon / evening sun. From the balcony you have a spiral staircase up to the roof terrace where you have sun all day and afternoon as well as a wonderful view of the neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with washing machine, WIFI, Coffee maker, A / C in all rooms and much more. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person.
