Calas Loft by Atlantic Holiday is an apartment located in the very heart of Funchal, Madeira Island, offering comfort, practicality, and easy access to the city’s main attractions. With capacity for up to four guests, this apartment is well suited for couples, small families, or friends looking to experience Madeira while staying centrally located.

The apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a double sofa bed in the living room and a modern bathroom with a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided to ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. The living area offers a welcoming space to relax after a day exploring the island. A smart TV with box and air conditioning are available for added comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available for guest use. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot and baby high chair can be provided upon request.

Guests benefit from a private garage parking space within the building. The apartment is located above a shopping center and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and various services, all within walking distance. Public bus stops and routes are nearby, making it easy to move around the city and explore other parts of the island.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
