INTERIOR
From the main entrance, you are immediately welcomed into the spacious open plan lounge/diner and kitchen. With its clutter free and fresh interior, the rooms are light and airy and offer a great standard of holiday rental. Key features include a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances and utensils included, and a super breakfast bar ideal for quick snacks. A large comfy L-shaped sofa invites you to relax and watch a late-night movie or stream your favorite programe on the free WIFI. During the day, light radiates through the lounge patio windows inviting you to the enclosed garden for some family time and dining. More formal dining can be enjoyed at the dining table tucked neatly away at the rear of the open plan space. The ground floor also has a shower room/guest WC.
Taking the stairs, 3 bedrooms are situated on the first floor, 2 doubles and 1 twin, with a recently renovated bathroom with tub and overhead shower.

OUTSIDE SPACES
The garden at the rear of the townhouse is a treat! A dining table and chairs are provided, along with a BBQ for those lovely summer al fresco dining evenings. During the day, children can play safely on the grassy spots as the grounds are securely gated. For the sunworshippers, there is a special treat on the upper roof terrace! Take the second-floor staircase to find a generous space with uninterrupted sunshine and sunbeds for your convenience, all embraced by superb views of the town and out towards the ocean.

PARKING AND ACCESS
This is private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The townhouse has 3 levels, and there are stairs within – all bedrooms are located on the first floor. Car parking is available inside the gated area at the front of the house, or on the roadside, free of charge.

• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this,

• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are explained in our booking terms and conditions.
