It is equipped with a full bathroom, balcony, wifi, satellite TV, washing machine and a free garage in the same building. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing guests to enjoy the convenience of preparing their own meals.

The main protagonist of the attic is its private 60 m² terrace on the roof, a unique space designed for relaxation and socialising. Here you will find a spacious sofa, sunbathing area, sink, outdoor shower, toilet and panoramic views of the sea and mountain that turn each moment into a special experience.
