All areas of this house are bright and airy. With air conditioning.
The rooms are composed as follows:
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with two twin beds and private bathroom, with air conditioning.
The twin beds can be joined together to form a double.

The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen with a breakfast area, so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends. The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ area.
The dining area with table and 8 chairs plus dresser is quite large and bright offering a nice space, also with direct access to the pool and the living room.
The living room has 2 two seater sofas and a three-seater sofa, a fireplace, TV with English spoken channels and coffee table. Free Wi-Fi in all areas.
There is a games room with table football and a darts game for kids and adults to play.

The exterior of the villa is quite ample, when coupled with the just 200 meters distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, it becomes ideal for families or groups who enjoy not having to touch a car at all.
The pool is of standard dimensions with 8 meters long by 4 meters wide, varying between 1 meter and 2 meters [hidden] supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
The exterior has a charcoal [hidden] and an outdoor table for 8+ persons, with easy access to the kitchen, protected by a magnificent wooden pergola with canvas strips which will allow you to enjoy al fresco dining on hot summer days even during peak sunshine hours. You can also quickly move to the adjacent area equipped with an outdoor corner sofa.
In the pool area, you have sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful sunshine and a healthy amount of lawn for ball games.
