Recently renovated, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, which leads to a large terrace, perfect for enjoying both summer and winter. Air conditioning is provided via split units in the living room and bedrooms. Maximum capacity for 5 people (1 double bed, two 90 cm beds, and a sofa bed in the living room). Sheets, kitchen towels, and washcloths are provided. Second floor with elevator. Parking is available on the same premises. Pets are not allowed. Ideal for families. Parties and any other activity that violates the Neighborhood Coexistence regulations are NOT permitted.
