Description of the accommodation

Studio Gandía, studio flat, 2 persons - HISP-34-144

Nice and cosy studio, recently renovated, in the TRES DELFINES building, in the northern area of Gandia beach, on Avinguda del Nord 7, just sixty metres from the beach. This residential complex has extensive landscaped areas with its pine grove, and a lovely swimming pool with a Venetian staircase to facilitate access. In the surrounding area, you can find all types of services, restaurants, ice cream parlours, press, supermarkets, etc.

Charming studio on the fourth floor with a lift, with a cool North-facing orientation, with a double sofa bed and an individual sofa bed in the living room, small open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, and a lovely bathroom with a shower tray. It offers air conditioning in the living room. Terrace with north-facing awnings with views of the sea and landscaped areas. Very cosy studio, ideal for families, just a step away from the beach.

YOUNG GROUP NOT ACCEPTED (under thirty years old).

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
The key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. The keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a superb Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying a walk or practising running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
