Cozy apartment of 50 m2 in one of the most touristic places of Asturias. In a quiet area 700 meters from the beach and close to the train station, bus station and the aquarium of Gijon.

With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and you can disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A living area where you can find the resting part with sofa bed and TV and dining area.
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower

It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. RESPECT:
