Water heater (termo): 80-litre automatic model — it operates automatically and supplies hot water when you open a hot tap; no manual ignition is required. If you experience no hot water, please check the fuse box first and contact us.


Air conditioning & heating: split unit (cold-and-hot). Operated with the supplied remote control — use the remote to switch on/off and select mode and temperature.


Parking

There is no private parking. The nearest public car park is Ave María in El Realejo, approximately 700 m from the apartment.


House rules & important notes

For safety reasons the loft (altillo) must not be used or climbed.




Quiet hours: please avoid noise between 23:00 and 08:30.


No smoking anywhere in the building (this includes balconies and terraces).


Do not use towels to remove makeup. A charge of €25 will be applied for each towel rendered unusable.


No shared spaces — the apartment is private.
