About This SpaceA wonderful and welcoming apartment in the heart of Granada, fully equipped and with high-speed Wi-Fi that will make you feel right at home. The apartment is located within walking distance of all the main attractions of the city, 2 minutes from Plaza Nueva, Gran Vía, Plaza Isabel La Católica, 5 minutes from the Cathedral and 10 minutes from the Alhambra. And if you get tired... the Alhambra bus stop is just 20 meters from the apartment! Granada is a perfect city to enjoy strolling through its narrow streets, quirky corners, and bars.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a fully renovated 1890 building with a spectacular old passageway (well worth seeing). You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), and the master bedroom with a king-size bed (150x190 cm) and a large bathroom. All the rooms are bright and airy thanks to their large windows with Juliet balconies. Parties are not allowed. If you're arriving after 8:00 PM, please read the house rules carefully so we can make arrangements. :) Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
For legal reasons, we require the identification details of all travelers over 14 years of age. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. Failure to provide the requested information before arrival will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
