About This SpaceEnjoy this elegant accommodation. Designed by a renowned Berlin architect and landscape designer, the house features a terrace with panoramic views of Granada and a spacious living room/library. It is within easy walking distance of the Alhambra and about 10 minutes from the city center. Direct access to the Sierra Nevada mountains. Remember that to enjoy the views you will have to climb a few hills! :) This accommodation does not allow parties, the use of the fireplace due to negative experiences, or access to the rooftop terrace.

For me, 'The Landscape Painter's House' has always provided immense peace and tranquility, as well as a boost to my creativity. I have been an artist for years, and many of my paintings were done here. I invite you to be creative too, taking advantage of the kitchen and preparing delicious dishes for your friends or family. Perhaps the city views will inspire you while you enjoy a glass of wine, or perhaps plans will emerge while chatting with your loved ones in the living room. I hope that if you have the opportunity to experience 'The Landscape Painter's House' for a few days, it will transport you, inspire you, and above all, bring you beautiful things. The house has three floors. You enter through the second floor, where you will find the kitchen, a bathroom, the living room, and the terrace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, and on the third floor there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a living room between the bedrooms. The neighborhood has good views, but it is on a slope and the streets are steep. It is easy to walk and you can park your car 60 meters from the house, but you cannot park right at the door. NOT SUITABLE for people with reduced mobility or mobility problems.

Practical Information and RulesQuiet: Please refrain from making noise between 11:00 PM and 8:30 AM.


Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including balconies and terraces.


Do not use the towels to remove makeup. A charge of €25 will be applied for each unused towel.


There are no shared spaces: the apartment is completely private.
