About this SpaceWelcome to Casa La Victoria, a charming two-storey, detached house nestled in the heart of the historic Albaicín district. With over 100 years of history and a beautifully preserved traditional cistern (aljibe) within its walls, this home offers both authenticity and modern comfort.
Ground Floor:
A welcoming entrance hall leads to a cosy double bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, the kitchen (complete with a hot-water tank that requires no activation), and a private patio—ideal for a morning coffee.
First Floor:
Discover a spacious living room with two quaint balconies offering delightful views towards the Generalife. Also on this level is a second double bedroom with a generous 1.80 m bed and a separate bathroom. Heating and air conditioning (operated via remote controls) ensure year-round comfort in both bedrooms and the lounge.
Parking & Access:
There is no private parking at the property. We recommend using the nearby Parking San Agustín (more economical) and then taking urban bus lines C31, C32 or C34 to reach the house, or simply strolling a ten-minute scenic walk. Please note that Calle San Juan de Los Reyes narrows at one point, with a maximum vehicle width of 1.80 m; SUVs and minivans are unable to pass. Local drivers and taxi services, however, are accustomed to the street, and taxis can drop you right at the front door.
Entry & Security:
Access is via a smart-lock system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a unique entry code valid for the duration of your stay.
