The living-dining room with an open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Smart TV, sofa, dining area, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, and microwave, designed to make you feel at home from the very first moment. It has two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and a tranquil atmosphere for a restorative rest. The independent bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Cot available upon request, ideal for families travelling with babies. Parking is free on the street, a few metres from the accommodation, which facilitates mobility during your stay.

Güímar is a locality with great charm, located on the eastern slope of Tenerife. It is known for its natural environment, its tranquillity and for being a starting point for spectacular hiking routes, such as those that traverse the Güímar Valley or the trails that connect with the Corona Forestal Natural Park.

On the coast, you will find natural beaches with volcanic sand, such as Playa del Socorro, highly appreciated by surfers and sea lovers in its purest state. The island's capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is located about 25 km away, where you can enjoy commercial areas, restaurants, culture, and the famous Auditorium.

If you fancy exploring the south of the island, Costa Adeje and Playa de las Américas are approximately 45 km away, offering a more lively atmosphere, light sandy beaches, leisure and water activities.
