The penthouse is located in a small family building with 5 vacation rental homes in a well-connected area just 2 km from the center of Icod de Los Vinos. It consists of 2 separate holiday homes that are rented only as a single unit to guarantee absolute privacy and enjoy the huge terrace. The view of Teide and the mountains that surround it spectacular. Each apartment is identical and has a large living room, an integrated kitchen that is fully equipped, a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a bathroom. It is an ideal place for large families or groups of friends, who despite wanting to travel together, also want to have some privacy. Hence, groups of a maximum of 8 people who rent the penthouse only share the huge terrace with artificial turf, furnished with a table to enjoy outdoor dining, four sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Hiking enthusiasts will find the famous Cueva del Viento 1,500 m away and multiple trails in the vicinity. The old town with the Drago Milenario is 2.3 km away and the Playa San Marcos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. The renowned restaurant "El Rincón" is owned by the owner of the apartments, so we recommend a visit to enjoy tasting typical Canarian cuisine with special discounts only for our guests.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
