The more than 1,000 m2 plot of land consists of large terraces with a barbecue area and a large garden with grass and tropical flowers in bloom throughout the year. Access is through a small street with low traffic, so tranquility is absolute. The access to the two completely separated houses is from the parking area and the huge terrace with a recreation area and barbecue. They are connected via a door on the terrace, making it ideal to share with friends or two families with children, allowing moments of privacy, both inside the houses and in the two large outdoor areas. Both houses retain the old rustic Canarian architecture with decades-old high wooden ceilings and are comfortably equipped. The first house has a living room with a separate kitchen, two completely separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second house has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a separate dining room and another bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms are open to the living room and are accessed via a wooden staircase. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Up to an occupancy of 4 people, only one house will be made available and from 5 people both houses will be made available. Up to two cars can park comfortably inside the property in the parking area. It is an ideal house for families, since the children have a lot of outdoor space to play and enjoy safely, as the pool area can be closed off.
