The living area can be separated from the bed with screens, especially in the case of a third person or two children. The sofa bed is high end and very comfortable. The bathroom with shower has also been recently renovated. From the large balcony that has a table with two chairs and two sunbeds, you enjoy a spectacular sea view. The building is very quiet and in dead end street. It has access from the rear, where are numerous public parking and a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade. It is a perfect home to spend a very quiet holiday and rest away from the crowded tourist centers. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are in the vicinity. The center of Icod de los Vinos with the Drago Milenario, numerous museums, restaurants and shopping areas is just 2 km away. Lovers of nature and hiking will find many trails and what you can not miss, is to visit the longest volcanic cave in Europe, the Wind Cave, which is located only 3 km from the studio.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
