'Son Duri' is a traditional Mallorcan stone house built with lot of charm and settled in the heart of Mallorca (Inca) surrounded of trees, mountains, at 20 minutes driving to the beach and all comfort of contemporary life.

The house is built on two floors on a plot of 840 m2, 260 m2 of house with generous terraces with open views to the valley of the Serra de Tramuntana.

The house consists of a large living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms with individual air conditioning, three bathrooms, one en suite, great kitchen with dining area.

On the first floor you will find huge hall with comfortable over-sized sofas and a dining area with amazing views.
At our left we will find the first bedroom. A wonderful double bedroom (bed of 180 x 200 cm.) with air conditioning, with en-suite bathroom and a lovely balcony.

The other 2 bedrooms with air conditioning are in the upper ground. There we find a twin bedroom (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm.) a double bedroom with amazing views (150 x 200 cm) and a family bathroom.

Next to the hall will find a fully equipped kitchen plenty of light and a dining table. From here we have a perfect view of the garden and the swimming pool. There is an access that takes us to the cozy porch, the charming garden and the swimming pool. No doubt, we are at the best place of this villa. Here you can feel the breeze, the rhythm of the Mediterranean life.

The outside area has a big parking area, a charming swimming-pool with garden around, hammocks and sunbeds that convert “Son Duri” in the perfect place to have an unforgettable holidays.
