November brings the celebration of patron saint festivities, featuring numerous festive and cultural events. The location is also perfect for mountain excursions, visits to the monastery of Lluc, Sa Calobra, Valldemossa, or the Puig de Santa Magdalena. On the flip side, a half-hour drive takes you to the coast, where dreamy beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro await.

The property features a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.8 meters. An outdoor shower complements the poolside experience, while the sun terrace invites relaxation with tables, chairs, and four sun loungers. A dedicated picnic area features a fixed wood-burning barbecue, and a charming porch sets the stage for al fresco dining. Parking is convenient with space for up to 3 cars.

Upon entering, you'll find a comfortably appointed living-dining room and open country-style kitchen. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
