This tranquil estate, located near Inca, offers a private and serene refuge, ideal for families of up to 4 people.

This farm is the perfect place to find peace and enjoy family moments. Just 5 minutes by car from Inca, you will have access to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. In addition, the location is ideal for hiking to the mountain, Lluc monastery, Sa Calobra, Sóller or Puig de Santa Magdalena. In November, you can immerse yourself in the patron festivities, with cultural and festive celebrations. Just half an hour by car, you will find the dream beaches of Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. The area is also perfect for enjoying bicycle rides.

Surrounded by a small private forest, the property features carefully designed exteriors, including a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 metres, surrounded by a terrace with four hammocks. The spacious sunny terrace is equipped with a wood-fired barbecue and a dining table with chairs, providing the perfect environment for outdoor enjoyment. Additionally, there is space to park two cars and a charming garden with Mediterranean plants, banana trees, and trees.

Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, fast WiFi for remote working, a selection of books and board games, as well as a satellite television. The kitchen is a fantastic space with a dining area, large windows that flood the area with natural light and a wide range of utensils. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and a wood-fired oven for making pizzas. The house has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The company of a dog up to 6 kg is accepted, and for families with small children, a cot and a high chair are provided. Practical amenities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

To be taken into account:

In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax called Ecotasa, which must be paid for each guest aged 16 and over. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night and only during the high season, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival through a Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.

The deposit will be retained via a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
