The furnished porch is ideal for summer lunches or dinners and unwinding on the outdoor sofas while admiring the stunning views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. For those who enjoy activities, the villa offers a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, and garden games to entertain the little ones.
The property is fenced, ensuring privacy, though it is located in a neighborhood setting with nearby homes.





This two-storey house offers plenty of space for relaxation and comfort. On the main floor, the living-dining room invites you to unwind while watching satellite TV or enjoy meals together. From here, you can also access the terraces and the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to cook as if you were at home, including a gas hob, oven, and much more. The laundry room is separate and can be accessed from the terrace; it features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The house has 3 bedrooms for restful nights, with two located on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. On the ground floor, one bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other features a double bed. The upstairs bedroom also has two twin beds.
There are two additional bathrooms—one on the ground floor with a bathtub, and another on the upper floor with a shower. The accommodation is equipped with central heating and 4 fans for year-round comfort.

The house is situated less than 2 km from Inca, a charming and peaceful town in the heart of the island, offering everything you need during your stay, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and its traditional Thursday market. In the evenings, it’s a great spot to go out for dinner or simply enjoy a drink, such as in Plaza del Ángel. Just 20-25 minutes by car takes you to Bahía de Alcúdia, which boasts miles of coastline with a mix of sandy beaches, including both tranquil and more lively spots like Puerto de Alcúdia.
