This fantastic villa with a great garden and private pool on the outskirts of Inca invites 8 people to spend a great vacation in the calm of the countryside.
This spectacular country house has a very beautiful and well cared exterior area with a stunning lawn garden surrounding the dream-like chlorine pool. This sizes 10 x 5 metres and it has a depth from 1.2 to 2.5 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the 8 sun loungers and wash off under the spray of the exterior shower before taking a relaxing dip.

Inside, a large glassed-in kitchen-dining room with AC by the pool allows you to prepare your favourite dishes on the grill or on the gas hob and enjoy them at your large table or on the open-air terrace. You will find here a bathroom with a tub. In addition, there also is an exterior barbecue and a wood oven to cook pizzas or even your own bread. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

At the other side of the garden you will find a second building where you will find the living room, the bedrooms and the bathrooms, all characterised by a relaxing and cosy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. The living area offers two comfortable sofas where you can sit and chat with your loved ones or watch the satellite TV channels. There is another corner which is perfect to enjoy a good reading. Both areas feature AC and a wood stove for you to be comfortable. Next, you find the large hall - with a 5 metres long closet perfect for the clothes of all the guests- that leads to the bathrooms in the house -one with a shower and the other with a tub- and to the 4 bedrooms, all of which have AC. All of them have a double bed but one with two twin beds and space for a baby cot and a high chair. There is an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.



The property is located about 3 km away from the centre of Inca, a small city in the centre of the island with a singular charm. It offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars and services in general but being at the same time quite and cosy. Its traditional street market takes place every Thursday with artisan and local products, and it becomes a great lively place. This day is perfect to have a walk, go shopping and enjoy lunch in a "celler" that is, a traditional restaurant. You can also enjoy the nightlife in Inca and have some drinks. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is in Puerto de Alcudia about 30 km away but you can also drive skirting the coast to know other wonderful beaches and coves.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There is exterior parking for 4 cars and covered parking for 3 cars. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
- Please note that there is no closet in any of the bedrooms.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season . The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
