The exterior of the house invites relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The private 7.4 x 4 m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.70 metres, surrounded by well-kept natural grass, is ideal for cooling off and sunbathing, while the built-in barbecue and two large furnished porches allow you to enjoy outdoor meals at any time of the day. In addition, the upper terrace offers open views of the rural surroundings.








Inside, the house is spread over two floors and combines warmth and functionality. The interior begins with a spacious dining room where you can all enjoy the delicious dishes prepared in the fully equipped induction kitchen. Going upstairs, you will find a room with air conditioning and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon. On the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 1 of which has two single beds and the other 2 with a double bed. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the house has another bathroom with a bathtub.

If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Inca, located in the heart of Mallorca, is renowned for its rich craft tradition. From this house, you will be just a few minutes from the town centre, where you can enjoy its popular weekly market on Thursdays and all kinds of services. Its strategic location on the island also allows easy access to both the northern beaches and the spectacular landscapes of the Serra de Tramuntana, perfect for nature lovers and scenic routes.


The property owner typically visits every 2 or 3 days at 7:00 AM for pool and garden maintenance.
Important Note for Guests: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old unless you are a family. To confirm your booking, we require copies of all guests' passports.
Pets are not allowed.
Holding events is forbidden.
Outdoor parking is available for 2 cars.
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
Young groups and parties are not allowed.
Ecotax (Tourist Tax): The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash on-site during check-in. The amount varies between €0.55 per night per guest during the low season and €2.20 per night per guest during the high season. This tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests, except those under 16 years old, are required to pay the Ecotasa.
You will need to pay the deposit amount to the owner upon arrival.
