also additional seating areas situated under a covered gazebo to relax in the shade. The villa also has a large solarium. To the front of the property there is ample parking for 4 cars. There are a number or restaurants nearby with a supermarket less than 1km away from Javea Arenal with its blue flagged beach, shops and restaurants, is a five minute drive away, while the historic old town and port are easily accessible.
