The kitchenette is at the rear of the house where there is a door to the rear patio and access to the adjacent pool and garden. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with stairs to the second floor and the large gallery bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Main features of this comfortable townhouse are the spacious accommodation with two outside living areas, the air conditioning, and its location so close to the sea and the many amenities on and around the Arenal sandy beach area.
There are several supermarkets nearby, and the historic old town of Javea is about 3 kms away. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses - the nearest being just 10 minutes drive away.

JH Tip: Altamar Townhouse is located super close to Altamar Blue. If you're coming with family, booking both apartments could be a good option!
