An attractive apartment in a small and exclusive complex built in Moorish style, three minutes' walk from the sandy Arenal beach. Here there are safe baths, beach and water sports and a wide seafront promenade with a wonderful variety of bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a rocky sea facade a few minutes' walk from the apartment, excellent for diving, snorkelling and fishing.

In the apartment itself, the furniture and decoration are of good quality, with colour-coordinated rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable and spacious living room. For the guests' enjoyment, the owners have carefully provided videos, books, cards and games, including chess.

The apartment has two entrance doors, so you can enter from the pedestrian door to the garden and terrace or from the garage and parking at the back. A three-minute walk will take you to the nearest supermarket.

The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are about 3 km away and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
