Essential by Charlie (named after the owner's grandson) is an elegant and modern ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 10 minutes walk from the old town of Jávea or 20 minutes walk from Jávea port and La Grava beach.

Within the property, the bright open-plan living/dining room opens onto a small but perfectly formed covered patio, framed by tropical plants and offering views of the communal swimming pool. Two good-sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, provide guests with a comfortable night's sleep and plenty of storage space thanks to the built-in wardrobes. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, magnificent contemporary tiles and practical vanity units beneath each washbasin.

In the exterior, and in the centre of the Essential Apartment complex, the elegant communal swimming pool is surrounded by a secure child safety fence. Next to it is a practical children's play area with a static exercise bike and step machine, which means you can burn off the cocktail calories while watching the children play!

A practical underground parking space with access to the apartment by lift or stairs makes going to and from the apartment very easy. Do you prefer to walk? Enjoy a quiet uphill walk to the historic old town of Jávea, where cafés and restaurants abound. Every Thursday there is a general market in the main square, or there is a wonderful covered food market, just next to the church. Try the local hams and cheeses or be brave and try a jug of their homemade sangria (a secret recipe!).
