This wonderful south facing two bedroom apartment offers its guests the best views and amenities as it overlooks the crown jewel of Jávea and the golden sands of Arenal Beach. With the resort's garden gates opening onto the Arenal, you are literally meters away from all that Jávea has to offer.

Inside, the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with the possibility of a fifth folding bed if required. The large living and dining area opens onto the terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens and is perfect for alfresco dining. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals for the family. The family bathroom has been recently renovated to a high specification and has a large walk-in shower. The apartment also has hot and cold air conditioning units in the living room and hallway, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The excellent location of La Gavina, just a few meters from the beach, allows guests to have a hassle-free vacation and maybe a car-free vacation too! The attractive harbour and historic old town of Jávea are less than 3 km away, and there are also excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property.
