The house is situated in a quiet road, and is one of only 14 properties sharing delightful gardens and pool, with a children's section, in a small complex called Altamar II, just a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky beach, La Fontana marina, and the Arenal sandy beach.

The patio doors on the front south west terrace lead into the living room with lounge and dining living areas. The kitchenette is at the rear of the house where there is a door to the rear patio and access to the adjacent pool and garden. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor with stairs to the second floor and the large gallery bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Main features of this comfortable townhouse are the spacious accommodation with two outside living areas, the air conditioning, and its location so close to the sea and the many amenities on and around the Arenal sandy beach area.

There are several supermarkets nearby, and the historic old town of Javea is about 3 kms away. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf courses - the nearest being just 10 minutes drive away.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
