If elegant and minimalist lifestyle is your holiday dream, Casa Banyan will not disappoint you. With five bedrooms and numerous fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces, the house is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to retreat to a chic accommodation, at any time of the year.
Near Montgo National Park, the property is a short drive from the Historic Old Town of Jávea and 15 minutes by car from the Port and Arenal. In the opposite direction, and 10 minutes by car, are the La Sella golf course and spa, as well as the charming market town of Jesús Pobre.
With three double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor, and two other double rooms with a shared shower room on the independent ground floor*, Banyan House attracts guests with its calming palette of whitewashed walls, beach wood furniture and soft upholstery in neutral tones. *Please note that to access room 5 on the ground floor, it is necessary to first pass through room 4. Ideal for families and children, not so much for older couples.
External guests have many options for entertainment. A covered seating area next to the main hall is perfect for reading or enjoying the gardens, and at the end of the pool there is a large covered sofa area ideal for drinks after dinner or playing card games by the pool. Outside the kitchen, an equally large space offers a wonderful family dining table for outdoor dinners.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
