An attractive apartment in a small, exclusive complex built in Moorish style, an easy three minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. Here there is safe bathing, beach and water sports and a wide promenade with a wonderful array of bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a rocky sea frontage about one minutes walk from the apartment - excellent for snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing.
In the apartment itself furnishings and decor are of a good standard, with colour-coordinated bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable and spacious living area. For the enjoyment of guests the owners have thoughtfully provided videos, books, cards, and games, including chess.
The apartment has two entrance doors, so one can enter either from the pedestrian gate into the garden and on to the terrace or from the garage and parking at the rear. A three-minute stroll will take you to the nearest large supermarket.
The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are about 3 kms away and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
