The villa is located in the Balcón del Mar urbanisation in Jávea, a quiet residential area next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala en Caló" just 2 km away, "Cala Ambolo" and "La Granadella". It has several services in the surrounding area, including the well-known restaurant "Mirador de Jávea" 1 kilometre away and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" 700m away. Although supermarkets and restaurants can be found around, the Arenal de Jávea area is only 6 kilometres away, which has the only sandy beach in Jávea and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The "ALC" airport is 100 km away. It is advisable to have a car to get around the area.
